In June 2014, I opened JR Sports Therapy and since have grown Dynamic Movement Therapy and the Pulborough Wellbeing Clinic building a team of experts in therapy, massage and mindfulness. I have over 8 years of experience commonly treating a range of people within the general population as well as elite athletes. I use a manual approach to my treatments offering a range of treatment modalities alongside prescribing personalised exercise plans and providing rehabilitation advice for acute and chronic cases. Focused on finding the underlying problem that’s causing the pain or injury offering fast and effective treatment and then look at how to maintain optimum health in the future. I typically work with woman aged 35-45 who predominately have an active lifestyle and struggle with years of unresolved lower back pain. I get them out of pain and create a long term solution using re education whilst helping them to return their pre pain self something they haven’t been able to be for years.

At DMT we are focused on finding the underlying problem that’s causing the pain or injury. We offer fast and effective treatment and then look at how to maintain optimum health in the future. Our clients are happier, feel better, healthier with their mindset changed. They have stopped wasting time ignoring the problem and instead follow a step-by-step plan with lots of guidance, hands on treatment and support, and in short they find themselves in a lot less pain.

I qualified as a Sports Therapist with a honours degree and went on to become qualified in osteopathic manipulations and medical acupuncture. I have spent the time since I qualified working with people who are busy, time pressured, in pain and need a solution quickly. I have opened the Pulborough Clinic to provide a one-stop long term solution for these people in a calming, positive environment. I genuinely love my work because I get to transform peoples’ lives, and I am rewarded with great results daily from very happy patients. I help people return to their pre pain self, get the moving and overall feel 'themselves' again.
