I’ve been receiving treatment from Jodie at DMT for about 4 years now.
Every time I receive a deep tissue massage I know I’m in good hands, she’s the best at what she does and is very knowledgable about injuries the anatomy etc, I’m always left feeling 100 times better, she also gives advice, exercises and takes the time to see how you’re doing after treatment.

After an appointment with Serena the massage therapist i wanted to leave this review as i would high recommend her and Dynamic Movement Therapy. DMT are BRILLIANT. Jodie and Hannah have both been amazing with helping me, and my partner, with our different back injuries and pain. I haven't been pain free for this long in over 5 years, this has been life changing! I no longer wake up with back pain...! Jodie is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When I fractured my pelvis she designed and carefully managed my rehab plan, amending it each week based on my progress, and checking on me by phone between appointments. I’ve suffered with sciatic for a number of years and have used Jodie to keep it right. I moved out of the area a few years ago and have tried a number of different businesses locally but none have really been effective.
